If a player is found to hold more than one account, kangtoto reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all bonuses obtained through those duplicate accounts, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation.
Players are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering a Kangtoto account. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and an email address (if provided). Kangtoto reserves the right to verify this information at any time. Registering with a false name, another person's phone number, or any misleading details is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure without prior notice.
Players are fully responsible for keeping their Kangtoto account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. Kangtoto will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you can demonstrate that your account was accessed without authorisation and that you reported the matter to Kangtoto promptly.

The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name — deposits via a payment method belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Deposit funds will be credited to your kangtoto account instantly once payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
Kangtoto strictly prohibits third-party deposits. Players may not receive funds from another individual to be deposited into a Kangtoto account. If a third-party deposit is suspected, Kangtoto reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze the funds, and request an explanation along with proof of the source of funds before any further action is taken.
The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction. Players may only withdraw funds to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a method verified by kangtoto. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering. Withdrawals via local e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX are processed within 15–30 minutes. All processing times are estimates and may take longer during system maintenance periods or periods of high demand.
For withdrawals exceeding a certain amount, or at Kangtoto's discretion, players may be required to verify their identity by providing a copy of their national ID (MyKad) or a valid identification document. This is a standard procedure to ensure the security of player funds and compliance with anti-money laundering practices. The verification process is typically completed within 24 hours on business days.
If you have an active bonus in your account, you may need to fulfil the associated rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. The specific rollover requirements for each bonus are clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Original deposit funds (excluding bonus amounts) can generally be withdrawn at any time without rollover requirements, unless stated otherwise.

The Kangtoto welcome bonus is available to new members who have just registered and made their first deposit. The rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is specified in the terms of that offer. The timeframe to meet the rollover requirement is typically 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
Kangtoto's weekly cashback programme returns a percentage of a player's net losses over the previous 7-day period. Cashback is calculated on Mondays and credited to eligible players' accounts on the same day. Cashback received through this programme carries its own rollover requirement as stated in the programme terms. Players with an active unfulfilled bonus balance may not be eligible for cashback for that period.
All bets placed on Kangtoto are subject to acceptance by our system. Kangtoto reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. Once a bet is confirmed (indicated by a successfully generated bet slip), it is final and cannot be cancelled by the player.
If odds displayed on Kangtoto are clearly incorrect due to a technical error, data fault, or other identifiable reason, Kangtoto reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds and refund the stake to the player's account. "Clearly incorrect odds" are defined as odds that deviate significantly from the true market value at the time the bet was placed.
Bets are settled based on official results issued by the relevant sports governing body. For football, results follow the Malaysia Super League, EPL, or the applicable league. For badminton, results follow the BWF (Badminton World Federation). For cricket, results follow the ICC (International Cricket Council). If an official result changes after bet settlement (for example, due to an appeal or review), kangtoto will assess each case individually and does not guarantee retroactive adjustments.
If a match is postponed and not replayed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. If the match is replayed within 48 hours, existing bets remain valid. For in-play bets, a match that is interrupted mid-game will be settled based on the score at the time of interruption if Kangtoto deems it appropriate, or voided in accordance with our bet settlement policy.
In-play betting at kangtoto is subject to additional conditions. In-play odds are updated continuously and may change significantly from minute to minute or point to point. kangtoto is not responsible for any delays in odds updates caused by technical factors beyond our control. Players are responsible for ensuring they are viewing the latest odds before confirming their in-play bets.
All casino and slots games on kangtoto use independently audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness. The outcome of each round or hand is independent of all previous results. Progressive jackpots are accumulated from a percentage of each bet and awarded to a lucky winner according to the game mechanics set by the game provider.
